Four Seasons Resort Langkawi

Langkawi

OVERVIEW

Located in Southeast Asia’s first UNESCO-designated Geopark on the unspoilt northern shores of Langkawi, Four Seasons Resort Langkawi languishes in splendid isolation between the vibrant jungle and a mile-long strip of dazzling beach.

Staying in such a remote location you might think you’d have to sacrifice the luxury side of luxury travel, but in true Four Seasons style you’ll find all the amenities of a five-star resort in the sun but in a setting that is both environmentally conscientious and naturally beautiful. The resort is big enough and varied enough to appeal to both couples and families alike, with plenty of unique excursions and experiences that are designed to educate about the culture and local habitat as well as showcase the fabulous surroundings.

Those travelling with children can expect the Kids For All Seasons Club, with rock climbing, archery, boat safaris and kayak adventures, but if you’re looking for a romantic holiday you’ll find dedicated adults-only areas such as the Quiet Pool, with secluded private cabanas. Typical of its island setting the resort is also home to a fabulous beach and once you’ve relaxed into your holiday you could try out Malaysia’s first X-Jetblades (that’s flying on water power, to you and us) and an extensive array of motorised and non-motorised watersports.
