Where to stay
Rest is an important part of the BodyHoliday’s concept and there are nine categories of rooms at BodyHoliday, ranging from spacious Luxury Rooms to Penthouse Suites. Some rooms have elegant darkwood four-poster beds, but all the beds are enormous and extremely comfortable with a pillow menu to choose from. What to do
As well as the extensive range of activities available at the resort, it’s worth spending at least a day to explore more of St Lucia. Its lush interior is dominated by the dramatic pitons, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hike into the rainforest or cycle the coastline.
