Blue Waters Resort & Spa

OVERVIEW

On a blissful stretch of beach on Soldiers Bay, Blue Waters Resort & Spa is a luxurious Caribbean hotel fusing West Indian style with modern interiors. The beautiful gardens make for a fabulous backdrop to the glittering sea and there’s a fantastic choice of restaurants on offer, with a buzzing central area that attracts guests to its pool, bars and beachfront.

Blue Waters’ elegant colonial style marries with its idyllic views, overlooking the sea and immaculate white beaches. The friendly, relaxed service is always remarked upon but it’s the resort’s fantastic facilities that will have you desperate to return. The restaurants are so good you’ll need to book in advance as they’re popular across the island – don’t miss The Cove where you can watch the dreamy sunsets over a hot chocolate – almost as desirable as the stunning views. The Sunday Brunch is also a huge plus, with full English breakfasts and creamy coconut yogurt.

If you’re looking for extra privacy we’d recommend the Cove Suites, which are located in small clusters in the quietest part of the resort and included shared infinity pools

What and Where to Eat

Blue Waters’ dining venues are popular with locals, which is a true reflection of their excellent food and service. Local rum is a key ingredient in many of the cocktails. As its name suggests, the Antigua Smile, which mixes a light rum with banana and pineapple, will put a smile on anyone’s face. Guests staying in The Cove Penthouses or the Villas often choose to dine on their spacious terraces, where they can absorb the Caribbean views.
