OVERVIEW
We’re starting to think that you can pretty much do anything you want at Amilla Fushi Resort. Take dinner for instance; prefer the food in one restaurant but the setting in another? You can order your food and have it delivered somewhere else if the mood strikes (perhaps there’s a sunset you don’t want to miss). If you love your accommodation so much you don’t want to leave* then you can have one of the island chefs cook a barbecue on your terrace. If you’d prefer to feed yourself, there’s even a general store selling fresh fruit and veg, cake, bread, pastry and more. You’ll even find truffle honey, Iberico ham and fine wines.
There’s a perfectly incredible spa just over the water, but if you’re still dreamy over your plunge pool the therapist will be dispatched to your villa for your wrap/massage/facial. Of course, if you’re fed up of making decisions altogether and just want to relax then you can hand your entire stay over to your butler. Divers and snorkellers love exploring Hanifaru Bay which is at the heart of the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve of the Baa Atoll and home to manta rays and whale sharks. Back on dry land, balance your chakras with an indulgent treatment at The Javvu Spa. As well as two tennis courts, there is a soccer pitch and friendly matches are arranged between staff and guests. Children will love jumping on board a traditional dhoni for the afternoon pirate cruise.

What and Where to Eat
Like many Maldivian luxury resorts, Amilla Fushi has a great selection of dining venues. However we particularly love their twist on the norm, a restaurant accessible by sea plane and a fish and chip shop that serves lobster enchiladas.
